ok i listened to async. wow. 10/10. listening to ryuichi's 2010s albums is so painful because u just know he poured his heart and soul into all his albums since he had cancer and any album could be his last one 💔
listened to it while painting and lying in bed and it truly was an experience. i cried. so much emotion. and every song was very unique and diff from each other. songs sounding similar is a problem i have with ambient music. i like how he didnt just use sounds but also incorporated actual musical melodies in it. dont really get that often in ambient music.
i loved every single track. but favs were: andata, solari, fullmoon
