Today's song of the day is I Just Wasn't Made For These Times by The Beach Boys! listened to the beach boys again because I heard brian wilson just passed away sadly. Revisited their most iconic album pet sounds. I remember when I was 13 I didnt really think much of this album. but listening to it again i really understand why its so praised and iconic. Incredibly innovative stuff. I might even consider it one of my fav albums of all time. 

this is one of my favs off of pet sounds. i think lyrically it might be my fav song on the album (ofc it is). when the song talks about being lonely and wanting to find a place in the world 💔💔

i should listen to more beach boys tbh especially since its summer

Today's song of the day is God Only Knows by The Beach Boys! im gonna listen to more beach boys!!! anyways this song i love the singing here so calm and loving. god only knows what i'd be without you... also the layering harmonies at the end is so beautiful

also listen to this guitar cover its so good. its so nostalgic sounding. troubleclef is my goat. he used to be my fav youtube channel ever. love you grandpa. the way grandpa plays those strings... so good
