also this is random but i miss my therapist so bad bruh oh my god. she said the most kindest thing anyone could ever say to me. when i was struggling with major social anxiety and insecurity abt my voice she told me that shes just happy to hear my voice 😓😓i still hold that memory near and dear to my heart. the kindest thing anyone has ever said to me. i think abt it everytime when someone is sharing their pain with me
